About us
Breathe and Splash Swim School
At Breathe and Splash, we use self-awareness to develop athletes.
We address any challenges you may be facing in the water and incorporate the necessary drills to improve your technique and overall performance.
With training and practice, we make you a confident swimmer.
Our Swim Instructors will assist you with placing and improving your CAP:
C Culture
A Awareness
P Perseverance
Culture: Creating a positive culture is a core value we instill in our athletes. Language and how we use it is critical. For example, phrases like, “I can’t” are transformed to assertions like “I will try” or “I don’t know how but can you please show me.”
Awareness: To become aware, we teach athletes to ground themselves and be present. Being present enables an athlete to effectively focus on the drills and exercises in order to execute a proper stroke or technique.
Perseverance: We teach athletes to become mentally tough. Athletes learn to stay in their lane, focus on their personal goals, and trust their abilities. A strong mindset empowers a confidence. A confident athlete yields positive results.
